Mr. Muhammad Zohaib is a passionate Software Developer and DevOps Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software industry. During his career, he has designed and developed various IT solutions in diverse domains such as e-commerce, automotive and security.  

Currently, he is working as a Big Data Consultant at Robert Bosch Group GmbH where his team provides Big Data Cloud Platform to the internal Bosch customers hence enabling them to deploy their Big Data applications and services in the cloud based infrastructure.

He is co-founder of Smart Coffee Break initiative inside Bosch for the developers and by the developers. It is a modern concept of casual peer-to-peer learning among the colleagues especially in the current pandemic situation. Smart Coffee helps to connect like-minded colleagues who are working or interested in similar topics hence learning from each other and achieving more via close collaboration.

I’ve been a practicing designer and emergent technology  entrepreneur for over the last two decades. Am an educator and a visiting faculty across a number of institutions in India, as well as a prolific corporate trainer and pedagogical designer.

I’ve been interested in and actively practicing virtual reality since 1997. Set up one of India’s first VR studios in 2007, and have co-founded many other startups in the VR/AR space since then. I’m also a cofounder of AltReal and Hyper Reality Studio and have mentored many startups into their exciting journey of creating their amazing visions.

I wear many hats- I’m an artist, designer, coder, educator, futurist and subject matter expert in creating immersive experiences and VR/AR ecosystems. I’m also a passionate educator and spend a significant amount of my time teaching, training and conducting workshops.

I’ve been studying how to teach and learn using the immense power and potential of these new technologies for the last couple of decades. As well as using them to create amazing art and experiences…I believe strongly that any medium can be used creatively to tell your story and express your visions.

As an avid learner, I’d be more interested in helping you teach yourself than trying to teach you anything! The key lies in capturing the essential basics and then practicing them until you master them. It’s a relatively easy lesson 😉

For example, I decided in early 1995 that I would make a sketch every Saturday night and have yet to miss a single one since then…cumulatively that’s a few thousand hours of sketching. I’ve also been an avid follower and practitioner of VR since the late 90s (AR since the early ’10s,) and still am to this date.

Rajiv Sinha is a Fellow of NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering) and has done his research work in the field of Knowledge Management. He has done his M. Tech from IIT-Kharagpur and Mechanical Engineering from NIT-Patna.

He has architected HR Excellence Model (HREM) for Larsen & Toubro and played a pivotal role in implementing in the various businesses of L&T.

Lesley Salamon is the main instructor of the Information and Data Analysis program for high school teachers in Israel.

Nandan Nilekani is the co-founder and chairman of EkStep, a not-for-profit effort to create a learner-centric, technology-based platform to improve basic literacy and numeracy for millions of children. He was most recently the chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) in the rank of a cabinet minister. Nandan Nilekani was previously the co-chairman, Infosys Technologies Limited, which he co-founded in 1981.
Born in Bengaluru, Nilekani received his Bachelor’s degree from IIT Bombay. Fortune magazine conferred on him ‘Asia’s Businessman of the year’ award in 2003. In 2005, he received the prestigious Joseph Schumpeter Prize for innovative services in economy, economic sciences and politics. In 2006, he was awarded the Padma Bhushan, and also named ‘Businessman of the Year’ by Forbes Asia. Time magazine listed him as one of the ‘100 Most Influential People in the World’ in 2006 and 2009. Foreign Policy magazine listed him as one of the ‘Top 100 Global Thinkers’ in 2010. He won The Economist’s Innovation Award for social and economic innovation for his leadership of India’s unique identification initiative (Aadhaar). In 2017, he received a Lifetime Achievement Award from E&Y. CNBC-TV 18 conferred the India Business Leader award for outstanding contributor to the Indian Economy on him in 2017. After 20 years with The Hindu an Sundaram Finance Groups, he leads national outreach for The Ganga Foundation impacting 500-plus persons with spinal cord injury since 2009.

Vaidyanathan is India’s first 10 km and half marathon wheelchair runner, and the first to wheel down a hill, unassisted. Mohinder Amarnath and M.S.Subbulakshmi are passions.

Professor Sourav Mukherji teaches postgraduate courses at IIM Bangalore on Organization Design and Inclusive Business Models. Prior to joining IIMB, he worked with IBM and Oracle in Sales and Product Management functions (1993-1998) and for the Boston Consulting Group as a Strategy Consultant (2002-2003).

As an academician, Sourav’s expertise is in organization design – structures, processes and culture that enable organizations to achieve their strategic objectives. In this domain, apart from teaching and consulting, Sourav offers a popular MOOC titled Designing Organizations for Competitive Advantage. Sourav’s research focus is on inclusive business models – businesses that address the needs of the poor in a financially sustainable manner. He has authored many case studies on social enterprises, several of which have been published online by the Harvard Business Press. Sourav has been a consultant to organizations in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, advising them on organization design and financial sustainability. He received the UNDP Fellowship for Research in Inclusive Business Models and the Villgrow Fellowship for Research on Social Entrepreneurship.

Nikita is the leader of Core Business Services in Deloitte US organization in India and in this role, she has operational oversight across 7 different business units. She is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) council at Deloitte’s global organization.

Nikita has extensive experience of spearheading complex programs, projects and building high performing teams in multinational environments. As one of the first members of the Knowledge Management team in Deloitte US organization in India, Nikita was responsible for visualizing and building a framework for delivering effective knowledge management services for Deloitte’s network of member firms, businesses,  industries and shared services organizations.

In her previous roles, Nikita led a team of professionals located in Hyderabad and Bengaluru to create a knowledge sharing environment within key businesses in the organization. As a speaker, she has shared her perspective at international platforms like KM Asia and KM India. Nagarjuna, is a Wipro veteran, has adorned various functional roles and championed pioneering initiatives during his 25+ years of ongoing stint at Wipro and its affiliates.

He started his career with the manufacturing operations team at Wipro Infotech Peripherals Division, Mysore and subsequently moved into the marketing team at Bangalore, his contributions in both the roles were significant. His next role was on the “Quality” front. A first generation Black Belt to be certified by Motorola University, US, in Six Sigma methodology, he gave a good momentum to Quality movement across Wipro Corporation.

For a short period, he was assigned the responsibility of business development & M&A and he identified many acquisition opportunities and made one of the first acquisitions in Wipro Group. Took over this acquisition and turned around the business into high performance team and Profits in short span of time. Later part Nagarjuna headed Operations and Exports Sales responsible for WeP products IBU with a turnover of Rs 240 Crores. During this stint, he expanded IT Peripheral Product Sales & operations to Europe and Asian markets including China and Japan.

Nagarjuna as a founding head led Wipro’s Quantum Innovation initiative in Engineering Education “Mission10X” in year 2007.  Under Nagarjuna ‘s leadership, Mission10X not for profit  trust was established and within a short span it has scaled to become one of the largest global initiatives in Engineering Education and Talent Mobility also acknowledged by World Economic Forum and various other forums. Under his leadership, Mission10X has reached out to over 26,000 faculty members in innovative Mission10X Learning Approach from 1200+ engineering schools spread across 25 states in India.  

During 2011-13 in his role as Global head for Near Shore centers across the world for Wipro, Nagarjuna was instrumental in creating Country Delivery Head/Near Shore Center structure for multiple countries across the globe including China, Japan, Latin America, Africa, Europe, ASEAN and USA. 2013-16 Nagarjuna headed Wipro’s Global Immigration Management Services responsible for the Immigration of Wipro group companies spanning over 80 countries.

He has worked extensively in new product and service development for several years, having handled a range of projects in FMCG, Engineering and IT sectors.

Since joining the Tata Group in 2011, he has worked with several Tata companies (Tata Motors, TCS, Tata Steel, Tata Teleservices, Indian Hotels, Rallis, etc.) and government agencies on topics related to innovation culture, technology road-mapping, business strategy and leadership development.

Prior to joining the Tata Group, he led the corporate R&D strategy, planning and operations for Infosys. Through multiple innovation workshops, he engaged internal and external stakeholders, cocreating business value for Fortune 500 clients.

Rajiv is a certified Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessor and recently was on the team that assessed Tata Chemicals, TCS and Tata Steel Europe. He is certified in psychometric assessment tools such as ADEPT, BELBIN etc.

Rajiv was awarded a PhD from IIT Bombay for his thesis in technology and innovation management. Rajiv graduated as an electronic engineer and has a management degree from Goa University. He has published in many peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings and these publications has also won several awards. In the last three years Rajiv has also authored more than 10 case studies in the area of innovation management.

Rajiv has attended the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Seminar delivered by faculty from Harvard Business School. He has also completed the program on Digital Transformation from MIT Management Executive Education.

Rajiv is an active Rotarian and is on the Board of the Rotary Club of Pune Central and Bombay Leprosy Project, an NGO dedicated to the prevention and treatment of leprosy. He is also on the advisory committee of the CSIR – HRDC, Government of India. Rajiv works with several engineering and business schools as a part of their academic council and is a guest faculty at several IITs and IIMs.

Thirumala Arohi (known as Thiru) is Vice President (VP) & Head of Education, Training and Assessment (ETA) unit @Infosys with overall experience of 24 years.  Learning forms the core of Infosys, and it invests heavily in the employees’ learning.

Education, Training and Assessment (ETA) department is one of the key business enabling departments in Infosys. In his role of Head of ETA, his responsibilities include driving the learning interventions aggressively to enable our employees be future ready. The core objectives of ETA are

• Conducting technical and behavioral related training programs for campus hires, working employees and strategic customers of Infosys
• Creating and managing learning infrastructure such as courseware, library, e-learning infrastructure etc. for the entire organization.

In this journey of creating modern learning experiences, ETA has progressed well in establishing and enhancing Digital Learning platforms that enables “Anytime, Anywhere and on Any Device” learning including Bite sized micro learning and seamless course creation stitching best of internal and external content. Several partnering agreements are in place with Universities (RISD, Purdue etc.) and MOOCs like Udacity, Coursera, Pluralsight in leveraging their programs. To improve the practical application of the learning, we have now developed our “Flight Simulator Programs”.

Along with driving content digitally, the L&D arm of ETA also focuses on developing holistic skills in the areas of business, behavioral and leadership such as Design Thinking. Keeping in mind the modern learner, our programs are experiential and role based.

Thiru is well-known for his leadership skills, and the very effective way in which he drove the Agile/DevOps and Legacy Modernization initiatives within Infosys. His direct involvement in the Zero Distance drive at several of our clients was key to Infosys being recognized as a “Strategic Partner”. In his tenure at Infosys, which spans 20+ years, Thiru has managed many vital client relationships such as Fidelity, Ameriprise, Citi, DTCC and Financial Services Europe based accounts before taking on the current role of Head of ETA.

Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy is an Indian Administrative Service Officer, batch of 1988. He is one of the senior most bureaucrats in Karnataka and has 30 years of experience across diverse portfolios such as Agriculture, Revenue Administration, Commerce & Industries, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Education, Health & Family Welfare, Information Technology & Biotechnology, Space applications, Personnel & General Administration, and Housing.

As the first Director of the then Department of IT & BT, he spearheaded Asia’s biggest trade shows Bangaloreit.Com and BangaloreBio, for three consecutive years, from 2002 to 2005. During his tenure with the Agriculture Department, he was responsible for formulating the Karnataka State Organic Farming Policy, the first such policy in the country.

His primary objective in his position as the Additional Chief Secretary for IT, BT and S&T, has been to promote innovation and research in the State by mobilizing startups, academia, and corporates. He is driving strategic initiatives such as Elevate, to provide seed funding to technology start-ups, and “Global Innovation Alli ances” for curated technology partnerships with innovation hubs across the world. He also spearheads the flagship event of the State, the Bengaluru Tech Summit. It is an annual technology and innovation summit which has reach global recognition under his leadership.

He has previously held the role of Additional Chief Secretary of Urban Development Department, which broadly relates to municipal governance and urban infrastructure including water and sewerage facilities, sanitation, roads, street lighting, residential layouts, lakes and tanks, citizen service centres, etc.

Dr Reddy has undertaken additional charge as the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Karnataka during May 2020.

Dr Reddy holds a B.Sc. degree, an M.Sc. degree in Agriculture and a PhD in Agronomy from Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Hyderabad.

Dr Madanmohan Rao is Research Director at YourStory Media and Charter Member at TiE Bangalore. His areas of interest are creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, knowledge management and digital media. Madan is a graduate of IIT Bombay and University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He is an Independent Director of Bosch India Limited.  He is also the Vice President of the IET, Board of Trustees UK, and a member of the NASSCOM governing council for the Centre of Excellence for Data Science & AI.

Till January 2019, Gopi was the Group Chief Technology Officer and Innovation Head of Tata Sons. At Tata Sons, he facilitated the development of pioneering products and services, strategic technology collaboration, and innovation across the $100 Billion Tata Group. Previously, as the Chairman and Managing Director of GE India Technology Centre, he helped grow GE’s largest R&D Centre – the John F. Welch Technology Centre, to be amongst the world’s leaders in intellectual property generation.

Gopi is the past Chairman of the CII National Technology Committee and the CII Western Region Innovation Taskforce. He is a GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Gopi helped establish the Advanced Materials CoE at IIT-Madras and the Advanced Manufacturing CoE at IIT-Kharagpur. He has framed the CII-Tata Communications Digital Transformation CoE. Gopi also set up and managed the ongoing Tata research collaborations with Harvard and Yale.

Gopi has authored a book on innovation titled “SMASH,” currently in its second edition.  He has over 30 journal publications, five patents, several invited presentations and citations of his research work.  Gopi holds a BE degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and MS, PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Iowa State University.

Deepak is Executive Vice President, Group Head of Strategy & Chief Risk Officer at Infosys Limited. As the Chief Risk Officer, he is responsible for defining the company’s risk management framework, identifying and monitoring the risks to the successful execution of the company’s strategies and operations.
