Prof.  Rongbin W.B. Lee is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is the former Director of the Knowledge Management and Innovation Research Centre and Head of the Partner State Key Laboratory of the University. He is the ex-President of the Hong Kong Chapter of the Institution of  Electrical  Engineers and had served as  the  President of the Hong Kong Association for the  Advancement of Science and Technology.

Professor Lee has pioneered research and practice of knowledge management in various industrial sectors in Hong Kong which include manufacturing, trading, public utilities and health care. He has assisted the Intellectual Property Department of the HKSAR Government in the launching of the Intellectual Capital Management Programme for SMEs in Hong Kong and the compilation of the first Intellectual Capital Report among the government sector. He is currently the co-chief editor of the Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems (Emerald) and the chief editor of the International Journal of Knowledge and Systems Science (IGI Publishing), Prof. Lee and his team have launched Asia’s first on-line MSc. Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy is an Indian Administrative Service Officer, batch of 1988. He is one of the senior most bureaucrats in Karnataka and has 30 years of experience across diverse portfolios such as Agriculture, Revenue Administration, Commerce & Industries, Rural Development & Panchayat Raj, Education, Health & Family Welfare, Information Technology & Biotechnology, Space applications, Personnel & General Administration, and Housing.

As the first Director of the then Department of IT & BT, he spearheaded Asia’s biggest trade shows Bangaloreit.Com and BangaloreBio, for three consecutive years, from 2002 to 2005. During his tenure with the Agriculture Department, he was responsible for formulating the Karnataka State Organic Farming Policy, the first such policy in the country.

His primary objective in his position as the Additional Chief Secretary for IT, BT and S&T, has been to promote innovation and research in the State by mobilizing startups, academia, and corporates. Soumitra Bhattacharya has been associated with the Bosch Group for more than 25 years. A Chartered Accountant by profession, over the years he has handled roles as varied as Vice President, Commercial Functions for the Nashik and Jaipur plants of Bosch in India and also served as the General Manager of Robert Bosch GmbH’s Feuerbach Plant, the company’s largest diesel systems manufacturing facility and one of its oldest.

He was the CFO of Bosch India from 2011 till 2018 and, since 2016 took over the CEO role. Soumitra continues as the Managing Director of Bosch Limited and the President of Bosch Group in India. As Managing Director of Bosch Limited, he handles a unique role heading the only publicly listed company in the Bosch Group worldwide.

Pankaj started his professional career, spanning 25 years, as a management consultant at Feedback Ventures and then went on to work in the financial services industry in India. Sukla in her last role was responsible for developing and executing multi-generation product & commercialization strategies for GE’s Rural Electrification Platform. She is a board member of Alliance for Rural Electrification (ARE) based out of Belgium.

He completed Diploma in Cyber Laws and trained by Goldratt Institute, Amsterdam.

Ashok Maharaj has a MS and PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He was the Guggenheim Fellow with the National Air and Space, Smithsonian Institution, Washington D.C. and co-authored a book “NASA in the World” published by Palgrave Macmillan. He is currently heading the XR Lab at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India. Over the last several years he has worked extensively on digital learning ecologies leveraging AR/VR/MR and gamification. 

After a decade long successful corporate stint, Sejal converted her passions into her profession. She converted her passion for teaching into Corporate Training, her passion for writing into becoming an Author and her passion to help people into becoming an ICF approved – Certified Coach.

Dr. Ramya Ranganathan is an Electrical engineer from IIT Madras, holds a PGDM (MBA) from IIM Ahmedabad and a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from London Business School. Dr. Ramya has previously worked in blue chip companies like ICICI, Infosys and Citibank, and it is largely her experiences in the corporate world that shaped her quest to learn how she could help people (including herself) flourish better at work. She was a full time faculty with IIM Bangalore from 2010 to 2019 during which time she developed her own unique approach to catalyze and nurture excellence in individuals and organizations. In January 2019, Dr. Ramya was awarded by the MHRD Union Minister for being one of the top 15 innovators in higher education in India. Till January 2019, Gopi was the Group Chief Technology Officer and Innovation Head of Tata Sons. Previously, as the Chairman and Managing Director of GE India Technology Centre, he helped grow GE’s largest R&D Centre – the John F. Gopi is the immediate past Chairman of the CII National Technology Committee and the CII Western Region Innovation Taskforce. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. He is a GE Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Gopi helped establish the Advanced Materials CoE at IIT-Madras and the Advanced Manufacturing CoE at IIT-Kharagpur. He has framed the CII-Tata Communications Digital Transformation CoE. Gopi also set up and managed the ongoing Tata research collaborations with Harvard and Yale.

Prior to this role, Zeba served as the Technology Head of Meher Advanced Materials, a company that develops and manufacturers specialised metallised dielectrics for Film Capacitors used in the Electrical and Electronics Industry. She has worked on several Research & Development projects in collaboration with multinational companies and has co-authored technical papers on next-generation extra high temperature dielectrics.

Zeba is also an active member of the Rotary International Foundation. She organises health screening and awareness camps for underprivileged children at local government schools and primary health centres.
